·      Temptations for two: Confit of quail leg, chorizo, homemade duck prosciutto, olives and eggplant purée

·      Cocktail of shrimps, chorizo, sweet corn and smoked paprika

·      Risotto and shitake cake served along a goat cheese mousse and leeks

 

Main courses

·      Rib of beef for two, served with a truffle sauce and foie gras

·      Guinea fowl stuffed with apple and pancetta, served with an apple cider sauce

·      Pepper crusted tuna steak with an avocado and lime reduction, and plantain chips

 

Dessert

·      Macaroon with chocolate ice cream, poached pear and grilled almonds

·      Mojito verrine with white chocolate, mint, lime and rum
