Our Chef: Jérôme Turgeon
Born in St-Pamphile, Chaudière-Appalaches, Mr. Turgeon graduated from ITHQ. He has worked in several fine restaurants in Montréal and in 2009 he settled in the Eastern Townships. After serving as deputy chief in other restaurants, he joined the Cheribourg team in 2010.
